Relating to a tax credit for employer costs of increase in minimum wage; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Creates income tax credit for certain employers to defray costs of increase in minimum wage. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2018, and before January 1, 2024. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
